The idea of this process of going through these steps is to identify your feelings, acknowledge them, identify that you are in control of your own emotions and release feelings in your subconscious.
Steps to Forgiveness
1. Begin by blaming the person(s) or situations for everything. Make sure to write out how this person(s) or situation made you feel. Blame them for everything that has wronged you.

2. What are the lessons you learned from this person(s) or situation? What qualities or characteristics have you gain because of this person(s) or situation? Keep asking yourself what else.

3. What are you thankful because of the lesson’s you have learned?

4. With the understanding that all this happen for us and for a reason what is your new story about this person(s) or situation?
