I was a confident person on the outside but beating myself up on the inside trying to ignore the voice in my head. I really wanted to to feel empowered so I wouldn't have to feel lost inside.

I wanted to be able to feel happy emotionally, physically and spiritually and I could follow my dreams and passions.

The thing is I was surrounded by my internal demons . That meant I wasn’t able to feel happy emotionally, physically and spiritually, let alone follow my dreams and passions.

​To make things worse, I felt terrible because everyone thought i was confident, happy and had the perfect life. I felt even worse about the situation because I couldn't figure out why I was so disconnected when everything around me was good. I felt like a failure, loser and that I wasn't good enough.​

The problem was that felt like I was drowning and couldn't find a life line. Which meant I didn't want to get out of bed, continue with the daily tasks of life or even know how to talk to people, which isolated me from family and friends.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

That's when I ran into a friend who shared their secret to mind, body and soul connection which is all about finding a way out and learning there is hope for me!

It was now crystal clear to me how to make the connection between my mind, body, and soul, because I saw freedom to rise above the blocks and stories that were holding me down.

I also learned that it was lie that I had to do it alone, you need to find a mentor and a tribe to help you instead.

As a result I invested in myself even though I felt unworthy and uncomfortable to spend the money on myself.

After I did that, I started to see how easy it was becoming to show myself acts of kindness.

Suddenly, I was beginning to feel connected.

That’s when I realized that the secret to being connected was always there inside of me I just needed the key to unlock it.

​My plan was to find a mentor and ask for help.

So I started by reaching out for help even though it was scary. But I didn’t stop there.

I invested thousands of dollars in myself when everyone told me not to.

After that, I created sustainable change and happiness.

But there was still a problem...

Even after the decision to invest in myself my doubts and fears began to show up. I had to choose to stand up for myself and not let the naysayers influence my choices. This was extremely hard because I felt guilty for taking money and investing in myself.

We decided to stop listening to all those people around us and our self-doubts and find our strength to up for what felt right.

We created a proven system “The 7 Secrets to Connect Mind, Body and Soul”.

We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to to help women feel empowered and connected, we’d be really happy.
